Ordering

For jewelry orders, please provide neck and wrist measurements for proper sizing.

Currently, ordering is done via email to SMCD or by phone. On the Contact Us page, use the form to check items you are interested in purchasing and complete the contact information fields. Upon receiving your request, a customer service representative will work with you to confirm your order.

We will work diligently to respond to your purchase requests ASAP. Products currently in stock will be fulfilled within ten business days. For custom orders, please allow four to six weeks to fulfill your order.

Life-size SMCD Art Folk requires a $500 deposit and a signed purchase contract. If, for any reason, you decide not to purchase your life-size SMCD Art Folk after receipt of your signed contract and deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.

Shipping

Shipping rates are based on your total purchase amount. Rates are as follows:

• Orders up to $25.00:         $4.95
• $25.01 - $50.00:                $5.95
• $50.01 - $75.00:                $6.95
• $75.01 - $100.00:              $7.95
• $100.01 - $125.00:            $8.95
• $125.01 - $150.00:            $9.95
• Special shipping requirements and rates apply to the shipment of all life-size Art Folk due to their size and weight.
• Colorado residents: add 2.9 % sales tax.

Orders usually arrive within five to seven business days of the shipping date. Rush delivery is available for an additional charge.
