Returns

We want you to absolutely love your SMCD purchases! But, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately. We’ll provide return address information and upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will issue either a store credit or refund.

Special Note: All returned merchandise must be returned/shipped in its original packaging, in its original condition, with tags/labels attached and unused/unworn. SMCD will issue store credit or refunds only within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Custom Order Returns: Any personalized or custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. Life-size SMCD Art Folk requires a $500 deposit and a signed purchase contract. If, for any reason, you decide not to purchase your life-size SMCD Art Folk, the deposit is non-refundable.
